Animals support is charged at the child rate.

Sending remedies incurs a charge of £4.00 for large envelope stamp cost (included in online consultation fee)

Payment accepted via cash or bank transfer.

PayPal payments incur an additional charge of £5.00

From October  2025, clients outside of the UK will receive a prescription to obtain any remedies from their local pharmacy.

 

Within the UK for online consultations I will endeavour to supply the remedies. Any essences or tincture and creams are charged separately and not included.

​

Face to face fees include consultation and remedies dispensed in tablet, pill or liquid form. Additional items will be charged for separately, like homeopathic cream, ointment, herbs or mother-tinctures or LM's.

Collecting a repeat remedy in-between appointments: £10.00, and posting it £14.00.

Represcribing a remedy after a consultation £20.00, and posting it £24.00.

Acute illness prescriptions £25.00, and posting it £29.00 within UK.

Additional consultation time will be charged at £50 per hour.

HOURS / CLINIC DAYS
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Telephone calls outside these hours will be answered during the next and nearest working time.

 

Please leave a message on my phone if you have an emergency outside working hours and I will try to respond if available.

Mondays and Tuesdays I work at Helios Pharmacy and am only available to talk to at the end of the day around 6pm.

CANCELLATIONS
Appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance – no charge
Appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice or less – 50% payable
Any missed appointments will incur the full fee.

 

SUPPORT
Please contact me via email or WhatsApp for support in-between appointments if you need advice or you experience any marked symptoms while taking your remedies. I encourage you to call and discuss any concerns. There is no charge for this service for calls lasting no longer than 10 minutes. If you are in a different time-zone, please email or WhatsApp me.
When receiving homeopathic treatment, occasionally symptoms can change and if you are worried, please contact me before consulting the GP. I can then decide if it is part of the treatment or if diagnosis by GP is necessary.

 

CONCESSIONS

I really wish homeopathy to be available to everyone, so if you have difficulty in financing your treatment, please come and talk to me about concessions.

HOME VISITS
Home visits are available by prior arrangement at an extra cost of £10.00 within a 10 mile radius or £20.00 if the distance is bettween 10 and 20 miles.
